Policy Terms & Conditions
For credit repair services not including DIY packages, Credit monitoring services with our partner monitoring company is required and must be kept for the entire duration of us working together.No call should be booked to discuss credit profile (for credit repair purposes) prior to the review of your current credit report.
We are unable to accurately evaluate your credit situation without seeing what is on your credit report. Click here to get your credit report.
Once you have done so please allow us 72hrs to review.
Cancellation Policy
Your First Work fee is non-refundable. Diamond Capital Solution Services agreement is that you are free to cancel services anytime. Services are provided on a month-to- month basis and clients may cancel their service no more than (3) three days after an invoice is issued for work previously completed, this is to ensure you are canceling without leaving a balance for work that has been done in the month of your canceling. All services are billed in arrears. Credit monitoring must be maintained throughout this program as that’s how we see changes. This is for Credit repair clients only.
